About Panchatv Bharat Ltd.
Incorporated in 2024, Panchatv Bharat is a textile manufacturing company. The company manufactures denim fabrics through third-party facilities and also wholesales denim fabrics across India, sourcing them from distributors for nationwide distribution. Their manufacturing process encompasses the entire fabric production cycle—from yarn procurement and warp dyeing to weaving, finishing, and quality inspection. The company engages in third-party manufacturing and wholesale trading of denim fabrics for men's and women's wear, supplying mainly to Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Gujarat, and other key Indian states. The company sold to 35 distributors as of June 30, 2024, and over 80 in FY 2023-24, with most revenue coming from Delhi and sales across multiple Indian states. As on June 30, 2025, the company has 13 employees including Managing Director, Whole-Time Director, Key Managerial Personnel, Middle level and support staff.

Objects of the Issue
The Company proposes to utilise the Net Proceeds from the Issue towards the following objects: (1) Capital Expenditure for setting up of Corporate office and warehousing facility at Ahmedabad - Rs. 4.50 Cr; (2) Working Capital Requirements - Rs. 11.50 Cr; (3) General Corporate Purposes - Rs. 3.00 Cr. Of the total issue, 88,000 shares (aggregating Rs. 1 Cr) are reserved for the Market Maker, and 16,68,000 shares (aggregating Rs. 23 Cr) are the fresh issue net of market maker reservation, offered to the public.
