Manipal Health Enterprises Limited operates one of India's largest multi-specialty hospital networks under the Manipal Hospitals brand. As per its DRHP, the company runs a chain of around 38 hospitals (roughly 48 on a pro forma basis) along with clinics across India, offering tertiary and quaternary care including organ transplants, oncology, cardiology, neurology, gastroenterology and orthopedics. It serves inpatients and outpatients across owned and managed facilities and reported operating revenue of about ₹9,409 crore in FY2025.

Objects of the Issue
The issue comprises a fresh issue of equity shares aggregating up to ₹8,000 crore and an offer for sale of up to 4,32,27,668 equity shares by existing shareholders. The final use of net fresh-issue proceeds will be detailed in the Red Herring Prospectus; offer-for-sale proceeds accrue to the selling shareholders. Price band and lot size are yet to be announced.
